OUR MISSION

At Vital we aim to give each and every person the opportunity to reach their full potential by providing high quality program’s in a fun and safe environment

Vital Gymnastics currently offers classes in Artistic Gymnastics which comprises of activities on Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Trampoline. We also offer classes in Rhythmic Gymnastics, this comprises of movement on the Floor using ribbons, hoops, clubs and balls.
